About the role

SecureGrid Technologies is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of its cybersecurity solutions. The role will work closely with engineering, security, design, sales, and customer teams to translate customer and market needs into scalable product capabilities. The successful candidate will own product direction, prioritisation, and delivery while ensuring that solutions meet high standards for security, usability, reliability, and business impact. Success will be measured through strong product adoption, customer value, delivery against the roadmap, and continuous improvement of the product portfolio.

02Responsibilities
  • 01Own and drive the overall product strategy and product roadmap for cybersecurity solutions.
  • 02Define product priorities based on customer needs, market trends, business objectives, and security requirements.
  • 03Work closely with engineering, security, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver product initiatives.
  • 04Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • 05Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation, and release planning across multiple product initiatives.
  • 06Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key product metrics.
  • 07Partner with cybersecurity and engineering teams to ensure security, scalability, reliability, and compliance are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
  • 08Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities for new capabilities and product improvements.
  • 09Manage product risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery challenges.
