01Overview

About the role

Lead Halcyra's AI product portfolio across clinical documentation, triage and patient messaging. You will manage a team of product managers, set the AI product strategy, and own the ship, narrow or pull decisions for model-backed features against a published reliability budget.

02Responsibilities
  • 01Set AI product strategy and portfolio priorities with the CPO.
  • 02Hire, coach and lead a team of AI product managers.
  • 03Own launch gates and reliability budgets for every model-backed surface.
  • 04Keep the team close to clinicians' real workflows through regular field time.
  • 05Partner with ML, design and clinical safety to ship and to pull features on evidence.

Must have

  • Has cut or reprioritised a visible initiative and can defend the call.
  • Has set a portfolio strategy with explicit trade-offs.

Must have

  • Has made a ship / hold / narrow decision on accuracy or failure-rate data.

  • Fluent in evaluation vocabulary without overclaiming.

User & Workflow Insight

Must have

  • Has spent time in the user's environment and changed the roadmap because of it.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or regulated-workflow experience.

Experimentation, Evaluation & Learning

Must have

  • Has run an evaluation or experiment that produced a null or negative result and acted on it.

  • Has managed and grown a team of product managers.
